ABOUT GIBSON PILATES

Gibson Pilates is delivered in a friendly, fun and accessible way. Class sizes are small and have an emphasis on tailored solutions, so clients can take the most away from their time on the mat.

Ainsley is the founder of and primary teacher at Gibson Pilates. Like many, she discovered Pilates through pain management and to provide balance in a sometimes hectic life. Pilates transformed her life and she is passionate about sharing this experience with others. 

Ainsley is Level 3 Mat Pilates Certified, a registered BackCare Specialist and Back4Good Practitioner - specifically trained to help those with non-specific lower back pain. She is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, the largest professional Pilates organisation in Europe. Body Control Pilates is widely seen as a benchmark for safe and effective teaching methods. Instructors adhere to a Code of Practice, governing teaching standards, professional ethics and a continued education programme.
